From the Filipino Community Alliance of Pierce County, WA — Oct 19, 2019 The 8th Annual Filipino American History Month Celebration closed with a truly wonderful and touching ceremony for the Congressional Gold Medal Presentation honoring the WWII Veterans who served in the Philippines and their families. We thank you for your service and sacrifice! Great job to BG Oscar Hilman (US Army Ret.) and Thelma Sevilla for organizing this special ceremony!
